★★★★★4.8 (48 reviews)score 85/100

Luxe Home Renovation earns a high composite on a 4.8 rating across 48 reviews, with Roman and his father Vadim doing hands-on kitchen and bathroom work themselves rather than just managing subs. Clients single out his habit of sending video walkthroughs to propose layout tweaks before the build starts, along with contractor discounts passed straight through and kitchen finishes that reviewers say still look sharp a year later.

• Owner-led kitchen work with proactive design input via video
• Contractor discounts passed on to clients
• Reliable on timeline and budget per reviews
• Strong track record on condo kitchen renovations

Watch out: One review describes a traffic incident involving a company vehicle, an isolated issue separate from the renovation work itself.

雅居装修 A & J Renovation holds a 4.9 rating across 97 reviews, with Jerry's team known for kitchen and bathroom jobs that start on time, wrap on or ahead of schedule, and get cleaned up daily. Kevin is repeatedly named for meticulous detail work, and the review set includes everything from powder room conversions to full basement builds finished within budget.

• On-time or early completion across projects
• Daily site cleanup and organized work sites
• Meticulous finish and design guidance
• Handles scope changes and accessibility needs calmly

Watch out: A couple of one-star reviews describe frustration during the quoting stage when clients pushed for detailed material breakdowns.

★★★★☆4.4 (99 reviews)score 79/100

Fix It Females brings a 4.4 rating over 99 reviews and covers kitchen, flooring, bathroom, and basement work under Annastacia's leadership, with most clients citing fast turnaround and clear cost communication as changes come up. The composite lands at medium confidence because sentiment is solid but not as uniformly strong as the top picks.

• Women-led team with over 10 years operating
• Transparent communication when costs shift mid-project
• Multi-trade capability spanning cabinetry, tiling, and flooring
• Quick turnaround praised on time-sensitive repair work

Watch out: One detailed review flags water damage and slow follow-up on a bathroom job; the issue was eventually addressed, though not quickly.

★★★★★4.9 (46 reviews)score 79/100

David Reno posts a 4.9 rating from 46 reviews, with clients describing crews that protect existing floors and finishes, hit their stated timelines, and have David personally handle final touch-ups on kitchen and bathroom projects. The sample is smaller than the top picks, which keeps the confidence rating high but the composite a bit behind on volume.

• David personally finishes final details on-site
• Crews protect existing floors and finishes during work
• Honest, upfront cost and timeline communication
• Willing to go beyond the original scope when needed

Watch out: One reviewer flagged confusion between the Markham address shown on social media and the business's actual virtual-office setup.

★★★★☆4.3 (6 reviews)score 71/100

Renovate Toronto scores a 4.3 rating from a smaller pool of 6 reviews, so treat this as a promising but lightly-tested pick. Reviewers led by Vino and Ben describe custom details like LED accents and polished tile work delivered on schedule with fair pricing and follow-up after handover.

• Custom finishing touches such as LED features and tile detail
• Coordinated execution on multi-room jobs

Watch out: Review volume is thin (6 reviews), so the pattern here is less proven than the other picks; one vague negative review offers no specifics to weigh.
