Konstruction Group covers framing, drywall, insulation, and finishing under one roof, with owners Tomas and Fadi staying hands-on through every phase. • Owner-led project management with hands-on site presence
• Precision framing work (SIP panels, steel, timber)
• Insulation and drywall finishing handled in-house
• Helps clients with supply-chain sourcing and cost control

Dave Connolly's crew, especially Colin and Shawnessy, gets called in for the details other carpenters pass on: complex handrails, tricky condo door fits, tight window openings. General contractors and landscape designers keep coming back for the combination of clean, dust-controlled work and straight talk on cost and timeline.

• Owner stays visible and transparent on budgets
• Solves custom, creative installation problems
• Dust and noise control on occupied condo and residential jobs
• Same named crew (Colin, Shawnessy) job after job

Watch out: Review count is smaller than the top spot, though every review on file is five stars.

Every review of Frameart is five stars, and the throughline is structural competence: bearing wall removal, beam installation, and subfloor leveling that passes inspection on the first submission. A retired 30-year contractor and a working GC both vouch for the pricing and quality, and reviewers note the crew cleans up and finishes on the date promised.

• Load-bearing removal and beam work executed to engineer spec
• Precision subfloor leveling and joist sistering
• Punctual arrival and on-schedule completion
• Fair, accurate estimates before work starts

Dariusz, John, Derek and their crew bring decades of hardwood-specific know-how, from stain matching on additions years after the original install to salvaging old engineered floors other contractors would replace outright. Homeowners repeatedly mention texts answered within minutes and free touch-ups months after the job wrapped.

• On-site stain sample testing before you commit
• Fast response to calls and texts
• Repairs water damage and fixes other contractors' mistakes
• Careful dust control during sanding and refinishing

Ardit and the Florentia Contracting team are the ones homeowners call after a flood or leak, diagnosing the problem in full before quoting rather than guessing at scope. Basement recovery, condo drywall repair, and full bedroom renovations all draw the same praise: careful cleanup, clear explanations, and no recent complaints on record.

• IICRC certified for water damage restoration
• Fast response when basements flood or leak
• Explains the diagnosis before any work begins
• Serves the full GTA with minimal mess left behind

With 67 reviews behind it, The Wall Doctor has the volume to back up its consistency: named techs like Mahdi, Ron, Hafeez, and Antony turn popcorn ceilings, water-damaged drywall, and full basement-to-second-storey renos into what reviewers call night-and-day improvements over prior contractors. Penelope in client care and site lead Daniel keep bookings and scope changes moving without drama.

• Named technicians reviewers ask for by name
• Clear pricing communicated up front
• Fast, tidy work with real cleanup afterward
• Comfortable troubleshooting older homes and complex repairs

Ricardo and Anna's team at LUMO answer calls within hours, even on short notice, and reviewers describe them treating each job site like their own home. The range runs from small pocket door repairs to full basement finishes, with every review noting the work landed on time and on budget.

• Same-day or next-day availability for urgent jobs
• Owners work on site rather than just managing it
• Quotes honored with no hidden costs added later
• Takes on jobs other contractors have turned down

Nicholas at Kozak Carpentry builds custom cabinets, shelving, stairs, and fencing, and reviewers consistently say the finished work matches the quoted price and timeline with no surprises. He'll adapt a design or source a specific material to match what a client actually wants rather than what's easiest to build.

• Custom design with careful material sourcing
• Same person leads every project for consistency
• Costs and timelines match what was quoted
• Comfortable across residential and semi-commercial work

Watch out: Still building review volume (15 reviews), though every one so far rates it five stars.

Luiz and his crew at LH Telles handle the framing jobs that scare off generalists, groin vaults, barrel ceilings, radius walls, and have become a go-to for high-end custom renovation firms. Most reviewers praise the speed and clean worksites, though the record isn't spotless.

• Experience with groin vaults, barrel ceilings, and radius walls
• Established partner to high-end renovation firms
• Arrives on schedule with full equipment and a clean site
• Coordinates well with architects and design teams

Watch out: One reviewer reported workmanship concerns that went unaddressed, worth raising directly before booking.

Martin at Russell Custom Carpentry gets singled out for precise, varied door installations and creative framing fixes, and both reviewers mention fair rates and a crew that shows up when promised. The track record is real but still short.

• Skilled at complex or non-standard door installations
• Collaborates directly with architects and homeowners on details

Watch out: Only two reviews on file so far, so treat this as an early, promising read rather than a proven history.

Marty's work on jobs like gazebo assembly draws praise for its polish and attention to detail, but Cambium Carpentry only has three Google reviews total, one of them below five stars. There isn't enough volume yet to say how consistent the work is across different job types.

• Experienced lead technician (Marty)
• Detailed, polished carpentry and finishing on the jobs reviewed

Watch out: Just three reviews on record, so consistency across different project types is still unproven.

Nick and Eugene specialize in crown moulding, wainscotting, baseboards, and shiplap, and reviewers like that they bring physical samples to the estimate instead of just describing options. The nine reviews on file are strongly positive with no pressure-sales complaints, but it's a smaller sample and the most recent activity has been quiet.

• Polished moulding and wainscotting installations
• Brings physical samples to estimates

Watch out: Review volume is modest (9 reviews) and recent activity is limited, so confirm current availability directly.
