Billdr Renovation

3.9(12)✓ Google-verified

Billdr's five-star reviews highlight responsive project managers (Megan, Raphael, Marco) who guide homeowners through scoping, permitting, and contractor selection with clear cost breakdowns. However, one-star reviews from both contractors and homeowners report staff turnover, inadequate vetting of paired contractors, and billing issues. The service shines during early planning but falters in execution and follow-through.

Vlad and his crew consistently finish projects on schedule with transparent communication at every stage. Their work spans hardscape patios, decks, fencing, drainage upgrades, and snow removal, marked by proactive problem-solving that often catches issues reviewers hadn't noticed and fixes them without charge. Site discipline stands out: crews leave properties neat, arrive prepared, and treat each job as their own home. Multiple reviewers note quotes came in competitive, matched final bills with no surprises, and the team approached details with genuine care. Service spans two-year relationships through seasonal maintenance.
