Lukas Renovation earns consistent praise for showing up when promised, finishing on schedule, and delivering work that looks right. Reviewers value his direct communication, the tidiness of job sites, and willingness to solve problems as they arise-like tracking down a leak source before just patching the ceiling. The rare pushback centers on cost: one prospective client found quotes roughly double other bids. The business handles a broad spectrum: drywall repair after ice damage, bathroom tile and mould work, kitchen open-concept layouts, and leak diagnostics. Lukas is named frequently; staff respond promptly to inquiries and appear to build relationships with regular clients and suppliers who recognize his commitment to material quality.
