Aquamaster's team earns consistent praise for arriving on schedule, diagnosing problems accurately, and explaining solutions plainly before work begins. Staff members like Peter, Yurii, Anthony, and David take care to show customers what's wrong-often revealing moisture building up slowly behind walls that could worsen-and leave job sites clean and organized. Multiple reviewers report that interior and exterior waterproofing systems have stayed dry through heavy rain months or years after completion, with basements breathing easier and no recurrence of mold concerns. Prices start from $80 per linear foot for interior work and $100 per linear foot for exterior; foundation crack repair and window wells vary widely. One cancellation complaint exists, but does not reflect the pattern evident across 268 reviews.
Contractors consistently report fast turnaround on bin delivery and reliable service from a professional team. Jordie and Ayush are named for responsiveness. Most praise timely drops, clean pickups, and fair rates without surprise fees. Two significant disputes arose over weight-limit charges and contractor payment defaults, with one homeowner reporting months of delays and unresolved escalation attempts. Despite strong recent reviews, clarity on billing terms and pickup scheduling remains a concern for some clients.
