FoundationGuard delivers basement underpinning and waterproofing with the speed and precision owners need. Loren and his team respond fast, explain the work clearly, and hit their timelines and budgets consistently.
The business handles interior and exterior waterproofing, foundation cracks, and basement lowering across Toronto and surrounding areas. Reviewers from the Beaches to the Annex to Lawrence Park praise the crew's attention to detail, willingness to walk owners through unfamiliar processes, and ability to work alongside other trades without disruption.
Nathan's tiling work earns consistent five-star praise for precision, cleanliness, and fair pricing. Kitchen backsplashes, bathroom floors, and shower installations dominate satisfied reviews. However, some potential customers report silence after submitting online estimates or photos, suggesting gaps in early-stage inquiry handling despite strong performance once hired.
Over a decade of customers return for rapid emergency response and skilled technicians who diagnose rather than upsell. One architect called their installation "white-glove treatment" and praised their speed during a heat wave; another noted they fixed a struggling AC for $400 instead of pushing a full replacement like a competitor. Kevin and Ersi's crew handle complex jobs cleanly and professionally, from wall units to whole-house heat pumps, often booking installations within days. Their honest approach and fair pricing have earned long-term loyalty across East York and Toronto.
Reviewers consistently encounter efficient, detail-focused work with Rahat and other technicians who complete jobs in hours and leave bathrooms spotless. The team delivers restored bathtubs and tiles that look new again, backed by clear upfront pricing, maintenance guidance, and follow-up communication that removes the hassle of a full renovation. Staff including Rahat, Shawn, Fred, and BJ handle crack repairs and full reglazings with professionalism and care. Jobs span bathtub reglazing, tile refinishing, and sink work across the Greater Toronto Area, with same-day inspections and quotes available.
