Most clients report smooth, on-budget renovations completed as promised, with Ajay and Sunny earning praise for responsiveness and care. One recent complaint alleges abandoned work, code violations, and seven no-shows over months, starkly at odds with the 92% five-star profile.
Recent shift: One sharp negative (1-star, 3 days ago) reporting abandoned work, no-shows, and code violations stands in stark contrast to consistent 5-star feedback over the past year; the recency and specificity of the complaint merit careful attention, though it remains a single outlier.
Most reviewers praise Mark and his team for delivering whole-house renovations on schedule and budget with transparent cost tracking and straightforward communication. One unrelated complaint about a vehicle incident does not reflect job quality.
Harvey builds trust through clear communication and hands-on oversight from first meeting to final detail. Clients praise his depth of knowledge across renovation trades, reliable subcontractors, and ability to manage complex projects (structural work, multi-stage scope changes) while keeping timelines and budgets firm. Clean worksites, accommodation of family schedules, and visible pride in results stand out consistently.
Tobin and his team deliver consistent five-star results across outdoor and interior work, earning praise for showing up on time, communicating throughout projects, and tackling tricky builds with creative solutions. Reviewers value his honesty (he adjusted an invoice downward when scope shrank), responsiveness even after payment, and willingness to refine designs until clients are satisfied.
