Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Brixel Renovation delivers kitchen and bathroom projects with consistent quality and punctual timelines. Surab and the team manage complex work-basement legalization, shower conversions, waterproofing repairs-with transparent explanations and meticulous finishing that reviewers say exceeds expectations.
Most recent reviews praise responsiveness and professionalism, but a 2025 complaint documents severe issues: improper vetting of referrals, work requiring expensive redos across drywall, framing, tiling, and siding, unpaid subcontractors contacting the homeowner, and alleged abusive conduct and theft. The business's core service-contractor referral and coordination-carries substantial risk.
Aquamaster's team earns consistent praise for arriving on schedule, diagnosing problems accurately, and explaining solutions plainly before work begins. Staff members like Peter, Yurii, Anthony, and David take care to show customers what's wrong-often revealing moisture building up slowly behind walls that could worsen-and leave job sites clean and organized. Multiple reviewers report that interior and exterior waterproofing systems have stayed dry through heavy rain months or years after completion, with basements breathing easier and no recurrence of mold concerns. Prices start from $80 per linear foot for interior work and $100 per linear foot for exterior; foundation crack repair and window wells vary widely. One cancellation complaint exists, but does not reflect the pattern evident across 268 reviews.
