Kristal Renovations delivers consistent, high-quality work across kitchens, bathrooms, and full renovations. Reviewers consistently praise Boris and the crew for showing up on schedule, explaining every step, and leaving sites spotless. Custom cabinetry, load-bearing wall removal, and bathroom transformations are named specifically. Fair pricing and attention to detail stand out. The team works efficiently without cutting corners, and daily updates keep clients informed throughout projects. Bathroom and kitchen overhauls are their bread and butter, but full-home additions and custom carpentry also draw praise. No reviewer complaints surface across 17 recent five-star reviews.
Mike, Hollis, and the Assured Basements team earn consistent five-star reviews for turning basement projects into stress-free experiences. Homeowners praise the one-stop coordination of plumbing, electrical, tiling, and finishing work, plus access to a designer and real-time progress tracking via app. Hollis as project manager stands out for responsiveness and follow-up. Most projects complete in eight to twelve weeks. One reviewer flagged the need to clarify budget details upfront to avoid surprises on premium finishes. The team handles complex jobs, from legal second dwelling suites with permit inspections to in-law bedrooms with kitchens and separate entrances. Named staff include Mike (lead), Hollis (construction manager), Laura and Alejandra (designers), Ryan (codes and technical lead), and Muneeb (customer service). Reviewers consistently mention clean worksites and respectful trades.
