Rabi and his team deliver flooring work on an unusually fast timeline without cutting corners. Reviewers, including other contractors, consistently praise the precision of door and trim installation, the speed of engineered and laminate jobs (completing 2600+ sq ft in a day), and their responsiveness to client questions during projects. Water damage jobs and insurance claims move forward smoothly here, with the team making material recommendations that satisfy condo boards and keeping communication open. The worksite stays clean, costs stay reasonable, and jobs finish when promised. Every five-star review across six months mentions at least one of three markers: the owner Rabi's personal involvement and friendliness, the family-run structure, or completion speed that other installers struggle to match. Several reviewers with decades of building experience or contractor backgrounds note this work as exceptional. No complaints appear in the record.

Most reviews praise the painters' speed and finish quality, with several citing professional work and clean job sites. However, high pricing compared to competitors and poor follow-up on deficiencies-especially owner Brian's unresponsiveness to client complaints-undercut satisfaction for some. One client paid $5000 extra to fix a deck stain mistake the company refused to correct; another condo job had paint smears, drips on furniture, and unpainted drywall that went unresolved when the owner stopped answering.

Stone Contractors Group Inc.

4.8(72)✓ Google-verified

Stone Contractors Group delivers strong masonry work across brick tuckpointing, foundation repairs, and stone finishes. Reviewers consistently praise precise workmanship, on-time completion, and Carlo Gil's clear communication. Concrete driveway and flagstone porch projects look polished; heritage building restorations earn respect for matching original character. Foundation underpinning for home extensions and commercial parging completed to spec. One isolated negative mentions rudeness; otherwise the 4.8-star profile reflects reliable, knowledgeable execution. The crew handles structural work (foundation footings, block walls, concrete stairs) with engineering precision and stress-free timelines. Natural stone walkways and steps improve curb appeal; commercial clients cite safety standards and professionalism. No hidden fees or surprises noted. Best fit for homeowners tackling brick, stone, or concrete projects and builders needing structural masonry expertise.
