Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Bare Bones Demolition consistently delivers rapid, tidy demolition work across residential and commercial projects in Toronto. Kathy leads a crew that communicates clearly, respects work sites, and cleans up thoroughly. Reviewers report jobs completed on schedule and budget with minimal friction.
Kevral and his team deliver consistent five-star work across kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, and repairs. Reviewers praise their honesty, clear communication, and willingness to tackle older homes and unexpected complications without cutting corners or inflating costs. They show up punctually, keep spaces clean, and finish on schedule.
Every review is five-star. Customers consistently report same-day repairs, on-time technicians (Marco and Ron named), fair quotes, and doors fixed right the first time. Commercial door and storefront glass work dominates; residential repairs appear less common but still praised. Service runs smooth from inquiry to completion. Staff explain problems clearly, quote over the phone when possible, and finish jobs quickly. Communication and punctuality stand out across all reviews. No complaints are evident in the data.
