What recent reviews say

Bobby and his team excel at tile, stone, and flooring work with consistent praise for craftsmanship and punctuality. However, a small but serious cluster of older reviews reports major installation failures (cracked tiles, crumbling grout, unleveled work), unresponsiveness afterward, and charges for services not rendered. Recent work appears stronger, but past quality issues warrant due diligence before committing to a large floor project.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
