Sam earned strong marks for showing up when promised, completing work cleanly, and charging fairly. Seniors and busy professionals alike return repeatedly, citing his willingness to save them money and his relaxed, pressure-free approach. A single damaging complaint about missed appointments raises a caution for time-sensitive projects, though the weight of evidence suggests this is an outlier. Work ranges from light fixtures and deck replacements to condo renovations and commercial studio setups. Staff member Zdzislaw is mentioned by name for garage finishing. Reviewers consistently note no hidden costs and pleasant, straightforward dealings that keep clients coming back.
