Customers consistently report flawless installations and personalized service from owner Gabor and his named team (Monika, Csaba, Henry). The work spans challenging projects: flooring after flooding, large-scale refinishing (2500+ sq ft in three days), and difficult geometry like curved baseboards and transition pieces, all delivered dust-free and on time. Monika handles initial contact and quotes within hours; Csaba and other installers are praised for measuring twice, custom solutions (vents, nosing), and treating homes like their own. One long-time customer hired them multiple times at different properties. Every interaction mentioned, from showroom visit to follow-up repair calls, receives five stars with no exceptions noted.
