Reviewers consistently experience fast, reliable service from named technicians (notably Stephen and Justin) who arrive on time, complete work cleanly, and explain what they are doing. Jobs span ceiling repairs, plumbing, door installation, mirror mounting, fence work, and appliance setup; pricing is regularly called reasonable, and the business actually finishes ahead of schedule in some cases. One scheduling hiccup is outweighed by finishing early and the responsive communication from booking onward.
JT and the TRUbuild team earn consistent five-star praise for custom homes and full renovations in the GTA. Reviewers highlight their detail-focused approach, willingness to handle complex scope changes mid-project, and transparent cost negotiation with trades-though one reviewer flagged price and quality concerns.
Across 66 five-star reviews, Last Nail's crews arrive on time and move through large demolition and waterproofing jobs with speed and precision. Reviewers consistently note how teams clean thoroughly afterward, explain work clearly, and charge fairly. One contractor from Kitchener-Waterloo stated he will use them for future jobs. Vlad leads a four-person crew equipped with heavy-duty jackhammers, wet saws, and sump pump systems. They handle concrete patio and driveway demolition, deck teardown, basement waterproofing, and drainage installation across Milton, Mississauga, and the GTA. No complaints appear in recent reviews.
Reviewers consistently praise the team for finishing jobs quickly and to a high standard.
