Yousif and his team deliver consistent, on-schedule flooring work across hardwood, tile, vinyl, and laminate. Reviewers consistently note fair prices, clean job sites, and meticulous attention to detail. Repeat customers cite reliability and willingness to handle extra tasks on the spot.
Flooring Office installs hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile across the GTA with near-perfect execution. Kaan and his team stand out for quick responses, meticulous cuts and finishes, and holding budgets tight-customers consistently finish projects on schedule or faster, with no hidden charges.
David Reno's clients consistently report fast, detail-focused work across multiple project types. Staff arrive on time, protect floors and finishes, finish within stated timelines, and handle final touch-ups personally. Their strength lies in bathroom and kitchen renos, basement conversions, and flooring, with crews that show genuine pride in craftsmanship. One reviewer flagged address confusion: the business lists a Markham location on social media but operates as a virtual office for service calls. Aside from this location caveat, reviews highlight honesty about costs, straightforward communication, and willingness to go beyond scope. Clients praise David's hands-on involvement and the professionalism of his trades.
Roman and his team deliver consistently on quality, timeline, and cost. Reviewers specifically praise his habit of proactively suggesting layout tweaks via video before final build, transparent pricing with contractor discounts passed to clients, and calm, patient communication that makes complex projects feel manageable. One traffic incident with a company vehicle stands apart in the review set and does not reflect the pattern. He and his father (Vadim mentioned in one review) handle bathroom and kitchen work themselves, managing subcontractors and site cleanliness throughout. Condo renovations and multi-room projects are common. New homeowners and busy families report feeling genuinely supported rather than upsold. Kitchen work holds up visually a year after completion.
