Customers consistently report fast, courteous delivery and pickup with well-maintained bins at fair rates. Staff answer calls promptly, explain terms clearly, and handle placement with care. One reviewer switched from a major junk removal service after paying a third of what they'd spent elsewhere. The standout detail: drivers skilfully navigate tight driveways and replace bins same-day if needed. A single complaint mentioned hidden fees, but this appears isolated among 219 reviews.
