Smart Renovations

Families with packed schedules and high expectations choose Smart Renovations for end-to-end projects because the team's owner Tina personally oversees every job, publishes detailed timelines upfront, and finishes ahead of schedule. Reviewers credit the in-house design software, dedicated project managers, specialized trades under one roof, and daily presence on-site with reducing the typical chaos and coordination headaches of multi-contractor renovations. The showroom in Richmond Hill lets homeowners compare finishes in person before committing, and staff like designers Ana, Jenera, and Daria walk through material choices with low/medium/high budget options. Master bathrooms, kitchens with integrated appliances, and multi-floor projects with flooring and cabinetry are routine; one reviewer who is himself a tradesperson found their cabinetry team "meticulous and professional" and rare.

Reviewers consistently report feeling trusted and supported from design through completion. Jennifer's 3D renderings and patient guidance on material choices, combined with Jimmy's logistical control and team coordination, deliver kitchens and bathrooms finished on time, under budget, and with visible craftsmanship. Named subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, carpenters like Wa, David, Calvin, Brian) and site staff maintain a clean, respectful workspace. A 13-week whole-home project included hardwood, stairs, windows, custom cabinetry, and renovated kitchen and bathrooms with no surprises. This is a family-run business where both principals stay engaged and responsive to design changes. Reviewers highlight transparent pricing, accurate project timelines, and quality that exceeded initial expectations. Protection measures and daily communication kept disruption minimal. Several mention choosing XG over multiple quotes specifically for Jennifer's detailed planning and the team's integrity throughout.
