What recent reviews say

Most homeowners report strong execution and communication. Kitchen and bathroom renovations frequently finished on time and on budget, with project managers Jeff and William earning consistent praise for daily updates and responsive problem-solving. One significant outlier: an 8-month project that suffered structural defects, surprise charges, and subcontractor payment problems, requiring substantial rework.

Recent shift: One critical 1-star review (8 months ago) describing 8 months of poor workmanship, cost overruns, and subcontractor issues stands out against overwhelmingly positive recent reviews, suggesting possible internal changes or team variability rather than a consistent shift.
