Andrei's team excels at hardwood sanding, staining, and refinishing, with most customers praising responsive communication, thoughtful stain guidance, and meticulous work on century-old homes. Named staff like Enrique, Eric, and Jose consistently earn compliments for patience and professional conduct.
One significant concern: a customer with a 120-year-old floor sanded too thin with low-quality finish complained of heavy scratching and cracking within months, then could not reach the business by phone or email to invoke the warranty despite repeated attempts. This stands against otherwise strong on-time and on-budget performance.
