Sam's crew consistently delivers kitchen, bathroom, and basement projects on time and on budget, with reviewers praising transparent cost talks and quality workmanship. Named crew members (Paul, J.J., Greg, Tony) earn specific praise for professionalism and accountability. Most projects complete faster than promised, with one repeat customer having returned three times. The main caveat is the initial AI phone contact system, which one reviewer found frustrating.
