Owners consistently report transformative results: kitchens and stairwells flooded with natural light, condensation and fogging problems solved, dark rooms brightened in a single day. Crews show up on time, protect floors, explain options honestly, and finish neatly; no pressure to over-upgrade, quotes always match final bills.
Service breadth spans VELUX and sun tunnel installations, emergency flashing repairs, flat-roof skylight work with complete waterproofing, and retrofit projects in bathrooms and renovations. Technicians diagnose problems immediately, recommend the right product for each roof slope, and coordinate around other trades. Etobicoke, Peel Region, York Region clients report the same level of professionalism.
Reviewers describe dependable work on waterproofing, concrete, and basement repairs, with staff showing up on time and finishing cleanly. The team communicates throughout projects and handles both consultation and full jobs with care, leaving customers confident enough to recommend them to others.
Mike and his crew handle drywall repairs with speed and precision. Reviewers consistently praise quick responses, on-time arrivals, thorough site protection with plastic sheeting, and work so well-blended customers struggle to spot the repair. Named crew members-Ryan, Natasha, and Oaklan-earn specific praise for skill and professionalism. Water damage repairs, popcorn ceiling fixes, and textured finishes are their bread and butter. Pricing stays reasonable without hidden surprises. The team leaves spaces spotless and genuinely seems to care whether the client is satisfied.
David Reno's clients consistently report fast, detail-focused work across multiple project types. Staff arrive on time, protect floors and finishes, finish within stated timelines, and handle final touch-ups personally. Their strength lies in bathroom and kitchen renos, basement conversions, and flooring, with crews that show genuine pride in craftsmanship. One reviewer flagged address confusion: the business lists a Markham location on social media but operates as a virtual office for service calls. Aside from this location caveat, reviews highlight honesty about costs, straightforward communication, and willingness to go beyond scope. Clients praise David's hands-on involvement and the professionalism of his trades.
