True Form delivers kitchens, bathrooms, and basement work that reviewers say feel custom-built rather than generic. Clients consistently praise how staff listen closely, explain every stage, and keep worksites clean-a contrast many explicitly note after dealing with disorganized competitors. Quality finishes, reliable timelines, and transparent pricing without upsells or surprise charges earned them 4.9 stars across 43 reviews.
Andrew's work earns consistent praise for timeliness, clear updates, and detail. One strong negative review stands in sharp contrast but lacks specifics.
Roarco Restoration earns consistent five-star reviews for drywall repair, water damage restoration, and bathroom ceiling work. Oaklan, the lead technician, is praised for arriving on time, explaining work clearly beforehand, maintaining a clean site, and texting clients days later to confirm satisfaction. Multiple reviewers highlight his skill fixing water-damaged drywall and his willingness to work weekends on urgent jobs.
Installation work on large-format slabs and marble consistently impresses: reviewers praise the precision of miters, grout lines, and corners that transform high-end materials into finished surfaces. The same discipline carries through to mundane areas-they tile under obstacles rather than around them, clean up thoroughly, and stay responsive after the job ends. Kostya leads a team that communicates technical details upfront and shows up on schedule. Across 17 reviews spanning a year, there is no record of shortcuts, cost disputes, or delays. Reviewers describe installers as polite, hardworking, and uncompromising on quality, even when working with expensive stone.
