Every recent review praises GMC's professionalism, timeliness, and quality output. Max and the team handle everything from small fixes to full renovations with equal care, showing up on time, keeping sites clean, and finishing within budget. Reviewers name specific work: kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring (hardwood, vinyl, tile), TV mounting with hidden wiring, tiling, pergola and patio builds, even commercial drop ceilings. The consistent thread is that Max asks good questions, solves problems without being asked, and treats each home like his own.

Roman and his team deliver consistently on quality, timeline, and cost. Reviewers specifically praise his habit of proactively suggesting layout tweaks via video before final build, transparent pricing with contractor discounts passed to clients, and calm, patient communication that makes complex projects feel manageable. One traffic incident with a company vehicle stands apart in the review set and does not reflect the pattern. He and his father (Vadim mentioned in one review) handle bathroom and kitchen work themselves, managing subcontractors and site cleanliness throughout. Condo renovations and multi-room projects are common. New homeowners and busy families report feeling genuinely supported rather than upsold. Kitchen work holds up visually a year after completion.
