Two five-star reviews praise Art Boulle's metalwork and design as exceptional luxury work, though limited review data prevents full assessment.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Two customers report excellent roof work and reliable service; one alleges a bait-and-switch scheme involving fabricated damage claims, inflated quotes ($110k vs actual $20k), and threatening collection calls. Limited review evidence makes strong conclusions difficult.
One customer praised Ray's crew for quality drainage and driveway work, cleanliness, and respect. Another reported significant chipping within a year and the company failed to honour its follow-up commitment. Evidence is limited.
Most customers report smooth heat pump installations with friendly, hardworking crews who explain the process clearly and clean up thoroughly. Staff members like Brandon, Jess, and the Singh brothers are frequently named for patience and professionalism. Two rare complaints stand out: one customer's system failed repeatedly after installation with no technical records provided; another had installation work abandoned mid-project. The business appears strongest on service speed (jobs done in one to six hours) and attention to detail, though the performance issues in one review and the cancelled job raise concerns about consistency in commissioning and follow-through on problem resolution.
