Most jobs run on time and stay within quoted budgets. Reviewers praise the tile work, especially bathroom installations, and note staff show up when promised and explain their work clearly. One recent project soured after completion, with repeated unanswered calls for warranty help-a sharp contrast to Cornel's reputation for responsiveness on the job itself.
The business handles emergencies (roof ice, minor leaks) and touches like wall priming before moveouts. Where reviews mention specific work-shower repairs, bathroom tile, clearing roof buildup-the finish is consistently praised. The concern is what happens after the invoice.
Every review is five stars. Customers praise Lasha, Guram, and their team for precise, professional tiling and flooring work, from master showers to full house jobs. Stone restoration, stair installation, and basement finishing are handled with care and honesty about pricing.
Parqueteam excels at hardwood refinishing and stair work, with Emil and his crew earning consistent praise for craftsmanship, punctuality, and managing projects from quote to completion. One customer flagged weak follow-up support after installation and delays getting answers on post-job issues.
Most work finishes on schedule with crews arriving prepared, explaining the process clearly, and sending before-and-after photos. Projects span attic mold removal, basement water damage, asbestos abatement, and flooring prep. Staff like Lester, Julio, Jesus, and Eduardo are named repeatedly for professionalism. One major rebuild involving drywall and baseboards after lead paint abatement went wrong: repairs were visibly poor, finished floors were damaged despite explicit requests for protection, and work took weeks longer than promised. The reviewer taught themselves mudding to fix mistakes and questioned the crew's competence on future abatement work.
