What recent reviews say

Most older reviews praise quick arrival and competent pipe and drain work, but two recent complaints highlight aggressive pricing on basic repairs. A $550 quote for a $15 part and 10-minute job, later dropped to $300, then further reduced, signals inconsistent and inflated initial pricing that has damaged trust with some customers.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Recent shift: Older five-star reviews (3 years ago) emphasized speed and professionalism; two recent one-star reviews (2 years ago) shifted focus to aggressive pricing and cost transparency concerns, suggesting reputation decline over time.
