Luso Roofing delivers on time, in budget, and with transparent communication. Nuno and his team resolve complex leaks others miss, show up for emergencies at dawn, and keep sites clean. Repeat customers and referrals dominate the feedback.
Their 30-plus years span roof repairs, installations (shingle, metal, flat), and water damage follow-up. Fully licensed and insured, they serve Toronto and the GTA. The owner's willingness to troubleshoot beyond the original scope, combined with family-business accountability, builds lasting relationships.
Most older reviews praise quick arrival and competent pipe and drain work, but two recent complaints highlight aggressive pricing on basic repairs. A $550 quote for a $15 part and 10-minute job, later dropped to $300, then further reduced, signals inconsistent and inflated initial pricing that has damaged trust with some customers.
All 12 reviews award five stars. Customers consistently praise Rafael and his team for punctual delivery, fair pricing, and meticulous taping and framing work. Quick turnarounds, accurate estimates, and thorough site cleanup stand out across multiple projects ranging from repairs to large-scale drywall installations.
From quote to finished project, JP Lucky moves fast and keeps you in the loop. Wendy handles communication smoothly, crews show up on schedule, and quality shows in both the structure and the finishing touches. Neighbors compliment the results. The team also responds within hours to any post-project issue, walking roofs and adjusting work without delay or upsell pressure. Work spans roofing, bathroom and basement gutters, kitchen remodels, and full house renovation. Homeowners consistently mention clean sites, no scope creep, and final costs matching estimates. A few long-term clients note reliability over years of repeated projects. Staff including James and Nic are named in praise for their skill and willingness to accommodate site changes.
