All 23 reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently highlight on-time, on-budget completion, with Houman and Ron personally managing projects and responding quickly to changes or unforeseen issues. Multiple clients mention the team's clean daily cleanup, respect for the home, and willingness to add work mid-project at fair prices. Basement renovations feature prominently, including work in homes built in the 1900s where structural surprises arose; Houman's approach is to solve problems creatively rather than delay. Several multi-project relationships and referrals from custom home builders suggest strong trust and repeat business.
Andrei's team excels at hardwood sanding, staining, and refinishing, with most customers praising responsive communication, thoughtful stain guidance, and meticulous work on century-old homes. Named staff like Enrique, Eric, and Jose consistently earn compliments for patience and professional conduct. One significant concern: a customer with a 120-year-old floor sanded too thin with low-quality finish complained of heavy scratching and cracking within months, then could not reach the business by phone or email to invoke the warranty despite repeated attempts. This stands against otherwise strong on-time and on-budget performance.
