★★★★★5 (74 reviews)score 90/100

Summit's 5.0 rating across 74 reviews is a smaller sample than the top two names here, so the track record, while spotless, is a bit shorter. What comes through clearly is consistency: Arash coordinates plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, and cabinetry crews while sticking to the promised finish date and keeping costs upfront, with daily site cleanup reviewers mention repeatedly.

• 100% five-star reviews across 74 Google reviews
• Led by Arash Nor, known for managing multi-trade jobs
• No hidden costs, upfront pricing with clear contingencies
• Daily site cleanup and protection of existing surfaces

Watch out: Fewer reviews than the top two picks on this list, so treat the sample as solid but still building.
