Direct Basement Waterproofing carries a 5-star average across 134 reviews, with homeowners crediting named staff for staying in touch and stopping active leaks and foundation cracks for good. The business lists twelve distinct waterproofing and drainage services, from sump pumps to crack repair.

• Named crew (Terry, Greg, Jack, Sergei, Vlodomir) praised for follow-through

★★★★★4.9 (268 reviews)score 92/100

Aquamaster's 268 reviews average 4.9 stars, and multiple customers report their waterproofing has held up dry through heavy rain years after the work was done. Staff are singled out for explaining the actual problem, sometimes moisture building behind walls, before quoting a fix.

• Diagnoses the real problem before quoting
• Systems proven dry through multiple heavy-rain seasons
• Named technicians (Peter, Yurii, Anthony, David) praised by repeat mention
• Clean job sites and on-time arrival

Watch out: One cancellation complaint surfaced, though it reads as an outlier against the broader pattern in 268 reviews.

★★★★★4.8 (1895 reviews)score 87/100

Priority Plumbing has by far the largest review base here at 1,895, holding a 4.8-star average, with named technicians like Brenden and Kyle praised for patience and punctuality. It's a solid pick for scale, though sentiment scoring lands lower than the top names on this list.

• Largest review volume of the group with a high average intact
• Named technicians consistently praised for skill and communication
• Same-day and next-day emergency scheduling common
• Quotes adjusted honestly when scope changes, per most reviewers

Watch out: At least one reviewer describes a $49 dispatch fee followed by a high-pressure upsell to a much larger quote, so get a second opinion on anything beyond a routine clog.

★★★★☆3.8 (25 reviews)score 64/100

GTA Restoration's crews get real credit for showing up fast and doing clean technical work, clearing floods and treating mold properly. But with only 25 reviews and a mixed sentiment score, the pattern here is strong hands-on work paired with billing that reviewers say doesn't match the original quote.

• Crews respond quickly, sometimes under an hour
• Skilled fieldwork on floods, mold, and burst pipes
• Full-service restoration covering water, mold, sewage, and fire damage
• Thorough on-site documentation with photo updates

Watch out: Several reviewers report final bills running two to three times the initial quote, so get all costs confirmed in writing before work starts.

CJ Drain & Plumbing has only 4 reviews so far, all five-star, which keeps its confidence low compared to the rest of this list. What's there is encouraging: reviewers name Jimmy and Ricardo for handling sewage backups and urgent fixture repairs quickly and at a fair price.

• All reviews to date are five-star
• Named staff (Jimmy, Ricardo) praised for respectful handling of emergencies

Watch out: Only a handful of reviews exist so far, so there's less history to judge than the other names on this list.
