Most jobs proceed smoothly, with crews earning consistent praise for professionalism and pricing. Andrew and Noah appear regularly in five-star reviews. One significant dispute centres on a $13,000+ flat roof repair that leaked within days of completion and never got fixed; the reviewer rearranged their schedule multiple times for follow-up visits that never materialised. The company serves Scarborough, North York, Hamilton, and downtown Toronto. Most reviews mention roofing work. The single one-star complaint reveals a serious gap: post-project accountability when repairs fail. The 97% five-star rate masks this buried issue.
